A boutique resort is proposed on the estate's elevated ridge, overlooking Tobago's North Coast. Alongside it, three distinct glamping concepts are being developed, each shaped by a different part of the landscape: the ocean edge, the tropical forest, and the bamboo and natural materials of the surrounding land.
